Hi, I’m Susie (Zsuzsi).

Just a few small things:

I love reading. I love books. Go figure.

Winter woods are my favorite woods. Add snow.

Yoga, gardening, long walks, and fresh air fix most things for me.

I enjoy helping clients create elevated, intelligent, timely content. In a boutique-style business, I specialize in helping authors and businesses refine their work with clarity, style, and precision.

Being a freelance writer and editor allows me to use my tried-and-tested perspective in conjunction with an ability to understand people. This understanding helps me support clients in crafting their work. I enjoy taking difficult or challenging information and organizing it in a way that enhances meaning and understanding.

Having been raised by Hungarian immigrants from Transylvania, I offer a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the power of language. Whether you're refining a manuscript, structuring content, or ensuring your message resonates, I am here to support you.

“I am a writer and not an editor and that is more clear to me every time Susan edits my work; her editing work goes beyond spelling and grammar. What I love about sending my writing to her to edit is that I trust that she will make it better, and that it will be turned around way before my deadline. Susan is someone I appreciate, and I trust her level of integrity and attention to detail.”

  • Devina Kaur

“I value Susan’s input in helping me create and edit content that matches the vision for my business. She is direct, organized, and mindful in her work, which extends beyond her writing/editing skill. Susan can assess projects for their efficacy, delve into them to understand their purpose, and produce edits that align with the overall intent of a piece of work. I could not have completed my book without Susan's professional help and that is why my claim to fame is Accidental Author.”
